The first pillar is development - the first purchase for Dr. Gupta - Founder and Chairman, was a truck stop, in Port Hope. Later Dr. Gupta started adding hotels and restaurants. Like most visionaries, he was able to foresee the possibilities, rightly predicting the boom in highway traffic and confident that this would yield significant returns for his investments over the years.
